The Team

Dr. Shannon Daniel is a medical and surgical comprehensive ophthalmologist who received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Toronto in 2007 and completed her Ophthalmology Residency at McGill University in 2012.  

She has been a board certified Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons (FRCSC) since July 2012. She is an associate staff at Oakville Memorial Trafalgar Hospital.

Dr. Elie Côté is a comprehensive ophthalmologist who completed his medical degree and ophthalmology residency training at the University of Toronto. During residency, Dr. Côté was the recipient of the R. Gordon Kelly Award and the Dr. John Speakman Award. He is a board-certified member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and is on staff at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Korkis completed her optometry degree at Anglia Ruskin University Cambridge, UK and continued her training in London UK. After several years in practice, she returned to Canada and obtained her Doctor of Optometry at the University of Waterloo. She has a special interest in dry eye disease and practices in Oakville and Toronto. 

From greeting patients at office visits to scheduling appointments, Lyn works hard to ensure patients are seen in a timely manner and with minimal wait times.

Sarah is a well trained surgical counsellor who oversees patients booked for cataract surgery. She is very knowledgeable about intra ocular lens implants and will go over options available to patients. There is no one lens fits all. Best Lens options are recommended based on the visual needs of the patient and their ocular health. Not all patients are eligible for all intraocular implants.

Vym is an experienced technician responsible for diagnostic testing which may include pictures of your eye or visual field testing before seeing the doctor.
